Fueling A Sustainable Future

We don’t just talk about sustainability - we take action, because we believe that creating a better world for generations to come starts today.

Working Toward Zero Waste

We proudly support the sustainability goals of the Susquehanna Sustainability Department. Here are a few active initiatives.

  • Terra Recycling Program

Our staff members wear hair nets and beard guards to keep your food safe. By partnering with Terra Recycling we can recycle these single use items and drastically reduce the waste generated by this food safety item we use every day.

  • Keeping Food Waste Out of the Trash

All those little bites left on your plate can add up. But that food doesn't need to end up in a landfill! We partner with local farms to repurpose food scrapes to help keep their animals feed and happy.

  • Earth Friendly Packaging

When reusable options aren't pratical we use Earth friendly options like paper straws and eco friendly to go containers. You won't find plastic bags or styrofoam products used in our dining locations or at catered events.
