Susquehanna University's main dining room, the newly renovated Evert Dining Hall offers all-you-care-to-eat dining with a wide menu featuring made to order items, home-style entrées, ethically inspired foods including sushi, grilled classics, vegan specialties, allergen friendly zone, baked goods from our in-house bakery and more! Our Allergen Station-True Balance; features menu items that are prepared without the following top nine allergens: eggs, milk, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, soy, wheat/gluten, and sesame.
